1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Regardless of the number of products you order, you will not pay any shipping costs.
2. Fast Delivery
Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day.
The average delivery time is:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days

European Union: 2–5 business days

Worldwide (including USA, UAE, etc.): 4–9 business days
3. Delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium
For deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
The exact shipping costs and expected delivery time are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
4. Shipping method
We use reliable delivery services such as PostNL and other recognized international carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and discreetly.
After shipping, you will receive a track & trace code, so you can easily track your package.
5. Processing of Orders

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
6. Delivery times
The final delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. The following are the average delivery times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note: during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer.
7. Refusing Orders
In exceptional cases, for example if fraud, abuse or malicious intent is suspected, CALMORA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
8. Shipping confirmation and Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code. This allows you to see exactly when your package will arrive.
