Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns can be sent to our Dutch storage or warehouse address. You will receive this address after contacting us by email with a return request.

At CALMORA, we strive for maximum customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it according to the terms and conditions below. Because our products are hygienic in nature (smoking cessation aids), additional terms and conditions apply.


1. Returns

1.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, items can only be returned if they are unused and in fully intact, unopened original packaging .

If the seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot accept the return for hygiene and health reasons.

1.2 Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products where the seal has been broken

  • Used products

  • Products whose original packaging is missing or damaged

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons


2. Exchange

2.1 Exchanging a product

Want to exchange a product? You can return the unused and unopened product using our returns procedure and then place a new order through our webshop.

The same applies here: exchanges are only possible if the product is unused and the packaging is completely intact and sealed.


3. Return process

3.1 Return request

To request a return, please contact us at Info@calmora-shop.store .

Please state the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

After receiving your email, we will send you further instructions and the Dutch return address.

3.2 Packaging

Make sure the product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original shipping packaging.


4. Rejecting orders

4.1 Fraud and abuse

CALMORA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, or malicious intent. If this is the case, we will contact you to clarify the situation.


5. Warranty

5.1 Defective products

If your product is defective upon receipt or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 90 days of receipt at Info@calmora-shop.store. .

If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.

5.2 Warranty period

All CALMORA products are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of receipt.

If a manufacturing defect occurs within this period, we will provide a replacement or a suitable solution free of charge.

6. Digital products

6.1 No right of withdrawal for digital content

A different policy applies to digital products, including our e-book. Because this involves digital content not delivered on a physical medium, returns are not possible.

After purchasing and receiving the e-book, you'll receive immediate access to the digital file. Once purchased, the e-book remains yours permanently. Therefore, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

By completing the purchase of the e-book, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal as defined in consumer protection legislation for digital content.

6.2 No refunds for digital deliveries

Because digital files cannot be “returned” and remain accessible to the buyer after delivery, refunds are not possible after the eBook has been delivered.
